Garden Beats Festival 2018, Singapore's FIRST Sustainable Music Festival!
Our signature picnic party, Garden Beats, is back! It'll soon be time to throw on your picnic frocks, tropical shirts and summer vibes, and get ready to groove to the hottest electronic tunes. Expect an eclectic line-up of your favourite international and local acts, featuring Youngr Live, Pomo Live, andhim, Hernandez Bros., [.gif], Fat Fish Familia and more!
But you know, Garden Beats is so much more than just the music. This year we've got a BUNCH of fun things to do and we start as early as 10am to give you a morning worth waking up for.
Here is the lowdown of what you can expect from the activities at Garden Beats.
RISE & SHINE
We’ll be opening the Fort Gate as early as 10am to welcome you with a power breakfast and fresh Thai coconut water Maprao to keep you hydrated. Fuel up for the morning and start your festival day right with a workout led by Liv Lo as she takes you through a session of her FitSphere programme - a combination of yoga and HIIT.
Join Sheranne Wong, Founder of The Locomotive Co, for a therapeutic aromatherapy flow session, beneath the beauty and shade of the trees of Fort Canning. This 1 hour class will incorporate fluid body movement and the use of essential oils to invigorate the senses, enhancing feelings of well being and presence.
LET'S GET COMPETITIVE
There's nothing wrong with a little friendly competition, and it's not a picnic without some lawn games. Gather your teams and play a game of Giant Jenga or strike a conversation with someone new over a game of garden bowling.
LIVE WILD, FLOWER CHILD
Make your Woodstock fantasies come to life and go glitter crazy at the boho-boutique by Vaniday. Deck out in temporary tattoos, get your face painted and hair styled - now you’re ready for a festival.
Pop over to the good folks at Grana, capture the look with their fabulous photo booth and collect some goodies!
