As the Head of Sustainability at foodpanda, Laura pioneered the cutlery opt-in function – making foodpanda the first food delivery company to do so in December 2017. Within a year, the initiative has saved 1 million sets of cutlery (and counting) across the region.

Xin Yi is the Sustainability Manager for H&M Southeast Asia; appointed to drive the company’s sustainability strategy for retail within the region.

Named one of Corporate Knight’s Global 100 Most Sustainable Corporations in the World, H&M aims to use its size and scale to lead the change towards circular and renewable fashion while being a fair and equal company.

She is a leading voice in Asia empowering communities and organisations to connect the dots between social and environmental impact.
